Tracking and Timeliness: As soon as your parcel departs our facility, you'll receive a tracking link and an estimated arrival time, thanks to our reliable delivery partners.
Delivery Timeline: Expect your items to arrive within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends. Please note, fresh produce orders made on Thursdays will be shipped on Monday to guarantee freshness.
Delivery Instructions: If you're not home, our carriers can leave your package in a designated safe spot or with a neighbor, provided an adult is present to receive it.
Transparent Pricing: Delivery starts from just £6.99, varying with the weight of your order.
Order Processing: At checkout, your delivery fee is calculated based on your order's weight and destination. A small surcharge applies to orders under £15.
Flexible Delivery Options:
Standard Delivery: Starting at £5.99, adjusted per weight, delivered within 2-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery: From £9.99, get your items the next working day for orders placed by noon, Monday to Thursday.
Saturday Delivery: Begins at £13.99, available for orders under 25kg placed by noon on Friday.
Warehouse Collection: Collect your order for free from our Essex warehouse, open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM. Please wait for our call to confirm your order is ready.
